				Overview:

As a (Senior System Support Specialist) you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate activities of the business system administration team on a day-to-day basis, under supervision of the AD.
* Provide reports on work backlog and staff workload and output to the AD as needed.
* Coordinate periodic and ad-hoc business and Digital user access reviews with business and Digital representatives.
* Manage the global and study directories in the System.
* Oversee user central mailbox, triaging and addressing items, as necessary.
* Provide training to users via live and virtual sessions
* Assist with creation and update of training and procedures for the System, such as quick reference guides, SOPs and work instructions.

Qualifications:

* Minimum B.A./B.S. degree preferably in science or IT/IS fields.
* 4+ years' work experience, preferably in a relevant clinical research setting.
* 2+ years' experience in business system administration with at least 1 years' experience in Veeva Vault Clinical applications or other Veeva R&D application.
* Experience as a team lead is an advantage.
* Veeva vault system administration certification is an advantage.
* Strong organizational/prioritization skills for the management of workload and attention to detail.
