Credence has an immediate need for a Senior Staff Consultant in the expected to start Late Summer 2025.

We are seeking a highly motivated and mission-driven Senior Staff Consultant to support enterprise-level initiatives within the Department of Defense (DoD), specifically the U.S. Air Force. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business or IT, a deep understanding of DoD governance and infrastructure, and the ability to navigate complex policy environments.

Responsibilities:

* Lead strategic consulting engagements focused on Air Force and DoD enterprise infrastructure, governance, and modernization.
* Provide expert guidance on compliance with DoD policies, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise architecture standards.
* Supervise and direct the efforts of multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-impact projects.
* Develop and present executive-level briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation, risk mitigation, and mission alignment.

Qualifications:

* Active Secret and TS/SCI clearance required.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
* IAM Level II certification (or equivalent), such as CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, or CCISO.
* Minimum 4 years of IT experience, including:
* Supervising or directing the efforts of other staff on complex projects.
* Experience with Air Force or DoD enterprise infrastructure, governance, policies, and procedures.

* Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (e.g., RMF, NIST, DISA STIGs).
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree or advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL).
* Experience with AFNet, Zero Trust architecture, or cloud migration in a defense context.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives in federal environments.
