Responsibilities: Responsibilities * Helps and learns to translate business strategies and market insights into results-focused marketing programs by proactively proposing ideas, concepts and programs that contribute to growth objectives and generate a quantifiable ROI. * Secures, coordinates and aligns marketing functional resources in support of industries' growth objectives. * Collaborates with the marketing functional teams to meet content, creative, demand generation, public relations, research and market intelligence needs that support marketing plans. * Drives campaign execution, focused on generating positive ROI, achieving intended results and continuously optimizing for best performance. * Collaborates with marketing teams to monitor and assess results to establish actionable learnings that impact the success and effectiveness of future campaigns. * Requires minimal instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments; applies a proactive approach to establish work priorities and timelines. Qualifications: Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration * A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a comparable role * Must possess initiative, resourcefulness, be accurate, persistent and dependable. * Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. * Maintains professionalism and a "can-do-attitude" in the execution of all project-related assignments and tasks. * Shares lessons learned and best practices with internal clients and the greater marketing organization. * Is an excellent communicator and proactively supports and aligns internal resources toward execution.
