Overview: This position is responsible for leading Keurig Dr Pepper's (KDP) sourcing activities to drive results for the organization. This Senior Manager will actively manage the services categories to include Real Estate and Facilities Management. The incumbent must drive processes and policies to support continued value capture, and partner with internal stakeholders to improve supplier performance. What you will do: * Lead a team: manage and measure work, attract, and develop talent. * Enable KDP's growth by supporting the business on initiatives via fit-for-purpose long-term category and sourcing strategies in each category. * Assist on the design of a fit for purpose organization to ensure delivery of results with appropriate overheads for high ROI. * Working within the Supply Management program, champion the sourcing process, develop strategies with defined plans for cost savings, risk assessment and mitigation, and build supplier strategy that effectively communicate both short and long-term tactics. * Lead the development and execution of negotiation strategies with suppliers, including specific targets for pricing, service, and quality. * Manage supplier selection process and ensure supplier selections are based on sound selection criteria. * Continually identify and implement new opportunities for value capture. * Work with Legal to establish and execute optimal contract terms and conditions with suppliers, including tooling/capital equipment purchases as necessary. * Provide rigorous analysis of spend data and market trends and dynamics to prioritize and launch sourcing initiatives within designated spend categories. * Drive change by proactively engaging stakeholders across the enterprise, gaining deep understanding of their functional strategies. * Maintain full compliance with financial controls and SOX reporting requirements. * Report on progress and value creation results to business stakeholders (budget holders), Finance and Procurement leadership team. Responsibilities: * Bachelor's degree in related field required, advanced degree preferred. * 7+ years in Procurement management with demonstrated record of achievement and advancement. Professional certification preferred. * Competence in Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours. * Ability to follow our company policies and procedures as well as our operating principles. Essential Skills * Strategic Sourcing: Consistently uses the process, drives innovation and improvement in the process and advises the business on the impact of gaps in the processes; ability to mentor others to elevate sourcing process outcomes. * Negotiations: Leads cross-functional negotiations, applying best in class benchmarks and contractual clauses; ability to influence decision-makers and ensures alignment with business objectives. * Total Cost of Ownership Modeling: Leverages the model together with benchmarks to deliver best practices and can advise business partners on opportunities to reduce value leakage. Experience with driving adoption of cost modeling tools across the team. * Project Management: Manages complex cross-functional and cross-regional teams applying milestones and steering concepts while ensuring alignment across the team to deliver project objectives.
