Responsibilities:
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement end-to-end AI architectures spanning data pipelines, model development, inference, monitoring, and production integration
* Lead architectural strategy for agentic AI systems, including planning, memory, reasoning, and autonomous decision-making frameworks
* Define modular, reusable, cloud-native and hybrid (AWS/GCP) architectural patterns that enable scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized AI solutions
* Serve as technical architecture leader within the AI Office and Agile squads, aligning architectural decisions with sprint goals and product roadmaps
* Partner with product owners, data scientists, MLOps engineers, and developers to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready AI systems
* Establish AI Ops, governance, and innovation practices-covering MLOps, observability, model lifecycle management, responsible AI, and emerging technology evaluation
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, prefer hands-on experience with AI/ML systems
Skills and Qualifications:
* Expertise across the AI lifecycle-from data ingestion to deployment-including hands-on experience with agentic and autonomous AI systems (memory, reasoning, goal management)
* Practical experience with MLOps and LLMOps tooling (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI) and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, multi-agent systems)
* Strong foundation in Agile software development, collaborating within or leading cross-functional Agile squads
* Proficiency with cloud-native and distributed architectures, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), microservices, and API design
* Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), AI ethics, and responsible AI practices
* Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and business teams, with cloud architecture certification(s) as a plus
