Responsibilities:

At SoftwareOne, we offer a ground breaking opportunity for a Senior Solution Architect to be at the forefront of our clients' digital transformation journeys. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will:

* Provide strategic mentorship and technical solutions to optimize clients' digital workplace environments within the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Lead projects and set standards for technical delivery, ensuring outstanding outcomes.
* Mentor and manage knowledge within the team, encouraging a collaborative atmosphere.
* Collaborate with Presales consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scope complicated projects.
* Develop detailed technical designs, project plans, and scopes of work.
* Conduct security reviews of infrastructure and applications to ensure a flawless operation.
* Develop comprehensive user documentation, including high-level designs, low-level designs, and proofs of concept.
* Assist in pre-sales activities and customer qualification for Microsoft 365 solutions.
* Stay current with the latest trends and features within the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.
* Work with project managers to ensure deliverables are met on time.
* Identify and manage risks and issues within the project team.
* Maintain high ethical standards and work collaboratively with customer IT teams.

Qualifications:

Technical ability:  

* Ability to map and translate customer business requirements to technical architecture and design for communication solution.  

* Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and features within the Microsoft 365 and Azure Space ecosystems.  

* Ability to develop detailed technical designs and complete project plans as well as scope of works.  

* Ability to provide security review of the infrastructure and applications.  

* Skills to create user documentations including, but not limited to, High level designs, low level designs and Proof of concepts.  

* Assist in pre-sales activities and customer qualification of Microsoft 365.  

* Able to learn quickly and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry particularly in cloud and mobility.  

* Work with project managers to ensure timescales are met on deliverables.  

* Able to identify risks and issues and handle these with the project team.  

* Work well with the customer IT teams to deliver the project.  

* Maintain a high ethical view.  

Client Engagement:  

* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.  

* Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to convey technical solutions and strategies.  

* Handle client relationships and ensure client satisfaction 

What we need to see from you: 

* Considerable experience with a Systems Integrator or service provider or within a large organization implementing complex Microsoft 365 solution.  

* Several years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery, or technical presales role.  

* Experience in other M365 workloads 

* Good problem-solving skills required.  

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong business sense.  

* Excellent presentation skills as you will be required to present to customers in project and other meetings.  

* Above all else, a phenomenal attitude and good nature to bring to the team
