Overview: Our Technology teams challenge the status quo and reimagine capabilities across industries. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Develop and build tools using the latest AWS technologies (Lambda, API Gateways, S3 buckets etc) * Develop Gen AI utilities that will aid and improve the Quality Assurance practices * Develop Utilities that support automation frameworks * Create prototypes to validate concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and users * Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and procedures * Extend and maintain existing Applications * Collaborate with a globally distributed team Qualifications: Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University (computer science, engineering or related field) * Master's degree would be a plus Skills and Qualifications: * 5+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred, Java, C#). * Foundation in machine learning concepts, particularly generative modeling techniques, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS. * Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL), API development, version control (Git), and deployment tools (Jenkins, Harness). * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively. * High-energy, detail-oriented, and results-driven, capable of meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
