				Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our Commercial team where you will act as a strategic partner between Sales and Marketing, aligning outreach efforts, sharing best practices, and ensuring the sales team is equipped with the tools, training, and market intelligence needed to succeed. 

You will be responsible for providing insight-driven recommendations to support sales productivity and enhance commercial outcomes, leading to profitable sales that positively contribute to group sales, revenue, and ultimately EBITDA targets. You will also work with external market intelligence providers to monitor industry trends, analyse data, and present findings that inform our sales strategy, while taking Commercial lead on assigned opportunities and collaborating with internal stakeholders to shape tailored client solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content for new and existing clients in our core competencies, ensuring consistency and quality control of the company brand.
* Analyse the target market and present findings to key stakeholders to inform sales strategy and outreach initiatives.
* Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce Account Engagement and Sales Engagement to organise and manage automated campaigns to new and existing business prospects.
* Master all sales tools, remaining fully current with best-in-class sales technology and system providers.
* Create effective sales stack training programs, delivering new employee onboarding and continuous training for the business development team.
* Develop all necessary processes, templates, worksheets, and presentations.
* Deputise for the Director of Sales Operations when necessary.
* Ensure required data fields are accurate and completed within appropriate timeframes within the CRM.
* Adhere to all departmental processes.
* Act as a Brand Ambassador representing the company externally and internally.

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL

* Degree Educated in Life Sciences or Business Studies or equivalent
* Expert understanding of the clinical trial industry and drug development
* Extensive knowledge of sales methodology and sales cycles
* Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
* Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
* Data-driven but creative thinker with the ability to work individually and in a team environment
* Experienced user of Market Intelligence tools, Sales Stack, CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

DESIRABLE

* Previous experience working in early development, Oncology, Rare Disease
* Previous experience working within medium CROs or Larger organisations
* Fluent in another European language
