Overview:
Responsible for achieving sales targets by selling profitable solutions within the agreed sales perimeter. In addition, work with the assigned Sales team as well as Marketing to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation programme, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets by identifying and developing profitable new business opportunities with the assigned clients or accounts.
* Actively searches for new clients/and or services within the assigned industry and account plan.
* Sell Expleo Egypt services onsite in Germany and/or Switzerland and expand offshore work in in Bestshore locations.
* Searches for new sales by leveraging referrals from existing customers, inbound leads and follow-ups.
* Assists in the preparation of sales proposals and RFP document submissions.
* Keep up to-date sales records for all existing and prospective accounts on the CRM.
* Leads research and intelligence gathering and provides professional analysis on common trends and future developments to strengthen sales activities.
Qualifications:
* Experience in working with a CRM system, inputting data and updates.
* Holds industry knowledge in one or more of our target markets.
* Comfortable supporting a demanding and dynamic Sales team.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Experience in managing research projects.
* Experience in developing creative and innovative sales ideas.
* Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimisation.
* Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
* Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
* Willingness to relocate to Germany or Switzerland.
* Previous work experience abroad is a plus.
* Highly motivated and persuasive.
* Positive attitude.
* Fluent English language skills: German is a plus.
