Customers' emergency preparedness needs are met via Cardio Partners' nationwide CPR training courses and state-of-the-art program management services. Office schedule: M-Th Office based, Friday remote (Effective September 1, 2025) Responsibilities: Summary: As the Senior SEO Copywriter, you will be a key contributor to the performance and visibility of our digital ecosystem by crafting SEO-driven content that improves rankings, drives qualified traffic, and supports conversion across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, UX, and eCommerce teams to develop clear, engaging, and optimized copy that aligns with business goals and enhances the customer journey. This role requires a seasoned writer with a deep understanding of SEO best practices, search intent, and content strategy. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, an eye for detail, and the creative ability to turn keyword data into meaningful, user-focused content. Organizational Impact: By owning SEO copy execution, you will directly influence organic search performance, drive discoverability, and support revenue growth through increased visibility and engagement. Your work will ensure that our digital properties communicate clearly, rank competitively, and reflect the strength and consistency of our brand voice. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Write high-performing SEO content for website pages, product descriptions, landing pages, and blog/editorial articles * Utilize AI and content optimization platforms to improve content relevancy, structure, and rank. * Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and search trend reviews to inform content strategy and content mapping * Collaborate with SEO team and digital stakeholders to build optimized content frameworks for new and existing pages * Write and revise on-site UI copy (CTAs, headers, navigation, error messages) with both SEO and UX in mind * Support A/B testing of headlines, meta content, and body copy to measure and improve performance * Partner with design, UX, product, and marketing teams to create consistent messaging across touchpoints * Track and analyze SEO content performance metrics (organic rankings, CTR, bounce rate, etc.) and use insights to refine copy * Maintain adherence to brand voice, tone, and style across all copy outputs * Stay current on SEO algorithm changes, search trends, and content marketing best practices * Support the content needs of product launches, feature rollouts, and special campaigns * Additional job duties as assigned Skills/Experience Required: * Minimum 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, with a strong focus on SEO and digital content strategy * Demonstrated ability to write for both search engines and users with a clear, engaging, and conversion-focused tone * Comfort using content optimization tools such as Surfer SEO, Scalenut, Adaptify, etc. * Advanced understanding of on-page SEO elements: meta tags, headers, keyword placement, internal linking, schema, etc. * Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner) and SEO platforms (e.g., Moz, Screaming Frog) * Strong portfolio showcasing SEO-rich web content, product copy, and UX/UI messaging * Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) * Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with design, UX, product, and digital teams * Exceptional grammar, editing, and time management skills * A test-and-learn mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment Sarnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
