Responsibilities:

As a Senior Revenue Readiness Coach, you will enhance sales team performance delivering targeted coaching, refining sales techniques, and collaborating with leaders to create impactful enablement initiatives. This role involves observing sales calls, identifying skill and knowledge gaps, and working with sales management to implement personalized or group training plans. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design experience to develop and deliver effective learning materials, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed. 

Where you will make an impact  

* Observe sales calls and meetings to identify skill gaps, challenges, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights for coaching and training. 
* Assess learning needs, audience characteristics, and content requirements to determine the most effective instructional strategies and delivery methods. 
* Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives and managers, designing tailored coaching plans to enhance individual and team performance. 
* Collaborate with enablement managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop accurate, impactful training content aligned with organizational goals. 
* Design, implement, and facilitate engaging training sessions on sales readiness topics, applying instructional design best practices. 
* Develop diverse learning materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, training guides, and certification programs, to support ongoing sales development. 
* Guide sales managers on reinforcing enablement initiatives and integrating them into their coaching and management practices. 
* Assist with the design, updates and implementation of coaching tools (e.g., behavioral rubrics, cheat sheets, etc.). 
* Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe, Camtasia, Murf.AI, Vyond) and platforms like Highspot (CMS) and Docebo (LMS) to create and deliver content effectively. 
* Partner with LMS and CMS administrators to ensure systems are optimized for training accessibility and effectiveness. 
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of coaching and training programs, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. 
* Stay current on industry trends, instructional design advancements, and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences and training initiatives. 
* Support additional enablement initiatives and instructional design projects as needed. 
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support team and organizational objectives. 

What you will bring 

* Demonstrated experience in sales coaching, training, or enablement, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment. 
* Selling experience is strongly preferred. 
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for both virtual and in-person training sessions. 
* Knowledge of adult learning principles, sales methodologies, and coaching frameworks. 
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback that drives improvement. 
* Proficiency with sales enablement tools and learning management systems (LMS). 
* Skilled in analyzing sales performance metrics to identify trends and prioritize training initiatives. 
* Strong organizational skills with an ability to oversee multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines. 
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships at all levels. 
* Open-minded, inclusive, and passionate about continuous learning and improvement. 
* Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering accurate and high-quality work. 
* Preferred experience in instructional design, including developing training materials for virtual and in-person delivery. 
* Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe, Camtasia, Murf.AI, Canva, and Vyond is a plus. 
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; certifications like CPLP or CTDP are advantageous. 
* Experience in or knowledge of the higher education field is a strong plus.
