We are seeking for a Recruiter to champion Regional Talent Acquisition strategies, initiatives, and Global Programs. At Keysight, our employees have various opportunities to grow and explore future technologies. * You will partner with Hiring Managers to determine recruiting plan and identify the best talent against defined criteria which inclusive of plan and optimize various job boards.
* You will be responsible for end to end recruitment activities which inclusive of sourcing, screening and job matching for potential candidates. The job will involve organize and participate in various recruitment campaigns, source and match potential candidates to our job openings and requisition administration and management via Applicants Tracking Systems (iCIMS).
* You will provide HR advice and consultation to hiring managers on C&B and talent market trend, labor market practices and conditions.
* You will partner with TA members for recruitment marketing campaign, branding, campus recruitment initiatives and implementing global talent acquisition policies and programs.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in any discipline with minimum 8 years of work experience.
* Effective communication skills, proficient in English and ability to interact with people.
* Candidate who has foreign language skills will have added advantage.
* Demonstrate ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment in order to achieve outstanding result.
* Energetic, pro-active, results oriented and effective in causing an outcome through facilitation via face-to-face interactions or verbal/email correspondence.
* A great team player who is interested in helping the HR organization build "best-in-class' practices. Keysight has been awarded as Champion of Employee Experience Award in 2021.
* Experience in project management will be an added advantage.
