Your role will be crucial in ensuring our Marketplace Platform meets the highest standards of quality as perceived by our clients. Quality is a shared responsibility, and your contributions will ensure that everyone on the team is focused on delivering world-class products.
Remote role - Ireland, Spain, UK or Poland
Responsibilities:
* Analyze and thoroughly understand business and product requirements; ensure that engineering implementations strictly cover all necessary aspects.
* Design and develop robust testing frameworks, advanced test tools, and sophisticated automation for complex, distributed systems.
* Define and set stringent quality assurance metrics and thresholds, ensuring they are met throughout the development cycle.
* Complete ownership over functional and non-functional testing, including the creation of testing strategies and plans, management of test data, and reporting of results.
* Define, implement, and analyze additional metrics and reports to determine test effectiveness, overall software quality, and client perception.
Qualifications:
* Extensive front-end and/or back-end programming experience in C# or Python, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
* Expertise in software (automation) development using object-oriented design patterns.
* Hands-on experience in testing REST services.
* Experience with automation test creation and maintenance using tools such as Playwright, Jest, Selenium, xUnit, NSubstitute, FluentAssertions, Autofixture C#, PyTest/PyTest-BDD, Nose2 etc.
* Proven proficiency in web performance testing, load testing, and database/SQL testing
