We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee a large-scale food service contract spanning 22 locations across Oklahoma. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring the contract is executed to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational oversight, financial acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

* Client & Contract Management
* Act as the primary liaison for client relations across 22 operational sites, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of satisfaction.
* Oversee full contract lifecycle management, including compliance monitoring, performance tracking, and proactive resolution of service issues.
* Lead strategic contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in partnership with legal counsel and executive leadership.
* Conduct regular client engagement sessions, performance reviews, and satisfaction assessments to strengthen partnerships and identify improvement opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver all contractually required reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
* Troubleshoot vendor performance deficiencies by analyzing root causes, coordinating response strategies, and developing corrective action plans to ensure service continuity and compliance.

* Operational Oversight
* Monitor and support daily operations at each location to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
* Collaborate with on-site managers to implement best practices and resolve operational challenges.
* Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

* Strategic & Financial Management
* Participate in all strategic decisions related to facility operations, staffing, and service enhancements.
* Track and manage capital expenditures, including equipment procurement and maintenance.
* Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to optimize cost-efficiency and quality.

* Team Leadership & Development
* Provide leadership and guidance to location managers and staff.
* Support recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives.
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field.
* Proven experience managing client relationships and service contracts.
* Strong financial and analytical skills, including capital expense tracking and contract negotiation.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
* Willingness to travel frequently across Oklahoma.
* Smartsheet project management experience required.
* 5+ years of experience in multi-site operations management, preferably in food service or hospitality.
* Experience with food service management systems and reporting tools.
* Knowledge of Oklahoma state health and safety regulations.
* PMP (Project Manager Professional) or similar project management certification is a plus.
