Responsibilities:

**Location of job: Hybrid- 3 days remote, 2 days onsite (Thursdays and Fridays). Candidate must be local to the Austin area**

Project managers are the people in charge of a specific project or projects within a company. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done. 

DSHS CFO is requesting a Project Manager (PM) to work with program and IT to implement Invoice Tracking System replacement project activities. This includes but not limited to facilitate meetings, manage the project milestones and deliverables and change request, manage risks and issues, track project budget, manage project scope, complete various reporting, etc. to ensure the project is completed on time and under budget.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested.

Experience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements get translated into technical specifications, guide, and facilitate the SDLC process

Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholder. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.
