Overview:
Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development team is building and enhancing the country's first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future.
Responsibilities:
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full-cycle project management across the Detroit and Milwaukee markets, ensuring data accuracy, cross-functional coordination, and timely milestone tracking.
* Maintain and optimize trackers, dashboards, and databases for site development, RF, and field operations while supporting PO and financial forecast integrity.
* Prepare and deliver operational reviews, newsletters, and market updates; facilitate daily cross-functional team and vendor meetings to drive execution.
* Support administrative tasks including facilities management, event coordination, scheduling, safety compliance, and MCSA administration.
* Partner with internal teams (RF, Site Dev, Construction, Transport) to ensure alignment, escalate non-standard issues, and support NexsysOne data resolution.
* Drive process standardization and improvement efforts, lead onboarding and training initiatives, and develop tools to track key activities and shorten timelines.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred
* 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in telecom, wireless, or infrastructure-related industries
* Experience working with RF engineers, field ops teams, and construction/project vendors is a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically separated markets
* Good communication and collaboration skills-able to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership
* Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Adept in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and Google Tools
* Familiarity with telecom infrastructure, deployment projects, and/or wireless networks is a plus
* PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required
* Strong organizational and time management skills
