Overview: Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile Brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we'll emerge as the nation's fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large. Responsibilities: Boost Mobile is looking for a Senior Program Manager to manage retail store builds including new, remodels and relocations for Boost Mobile Indirect stores. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will: * Store build experience and/or Field store experience. * Quick and assertive decision making, understanding there are multiple projects to be managed. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Real Estate, sales, and Dealers, throughout the store build process. * Review site pack submissions to ensure compliance with brand guidelines. * Manage the store build-out process, updating status in Quick Base and communicating with stakeholders. * Attend weekly and monthly calls to review proposed sites and build-out statuses. * Send welcome packets to dealers and review/approve site surveys, space plans, and vendor quotes. * Oversee the installation process, including photos, signage, and fixture profiles, and manage inventory and replacement part requests. * A Boost ambassador mindset, representing the brand identity while leading the partners on the projects. Strong advocacy to the department, no problem saying "No" to any different direction or partner during the projects. * Detailed oriented attitude, documenting key steps during the process on each of the projects assigned. * Communication skills in order to keep the Dealers on the schedule. Qualifications: Education/Experience: * 5+ years of program management experience Skills and Qualifications: * Retail store build and retail telecommunications experience a plus * Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus * Proficient in Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint * Experience in Quick Base and Salesforce a plus
