Responsibilities:

The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in managing and coordinating strategic programs and initiatives within the Partnerships department. This position requires a highly organized, strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure the execution of high-impact projects, and prepare internal and external facing materials and presentations.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

* Assist the SVP of Partnerships in developing and implementing strategic plans
* Oversee the execution of key initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in partnership with our PMO teams
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions to drive project progress
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Represent the SVP of Partnerships in meetings and discussions as needed
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among partners, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit
* Develop high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external partners
* Ensure all materials are clear, compelling, and aligned with strategic objectives
* Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary data and insights for presentation materials
* Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
* Monitor dashboards and performance metrics to track progress and outcomes
* Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and opportunities
* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Chief of Staff, Project Management, or a related role

Skills and Qualifications:

* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
* Demonstrated experience in preparing high-quality presentation materials
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
