Senior Program Analyst

				Overview:

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in support of Army INSCOM program at Fort Belvoir, VA. 

Responsibilities:

* Preferred knowledge with Army Program Element (APE), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Sub Activity Group (SAG), Program Evaluation Group (PEG), Management Decision Package (MDEP), Planning, Program, Budget, and Execution (PPBE), Program Optimization & Budget Execution (Eprobe), and requirements validation.
* Planning and programming
* Project and Sub-Project Review 
* Requirements Justification 
* Program Resource Data Submission and Information Management

Qualifications:

* Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
* Bachelor's Degree
* 10 years DoD Financial Management experience
* Completed Fiscal Law, and Intelligence Resource Management courses within 120 days of arrival.
* Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
