Responsibilities:

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; Warsaw, Poland or Leipzig, Germany | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Contract type: Full-time | Language requirements: Fluent/professional English, written and verbal, German is an advantage 

 We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to drive value delivery for global CRM solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 within a SAFe-based agile environment, ensuring alignment with strategic product management goals. In this role, you will execute the product vision by acting as the content authority for Agile teams, managing and prioritizing the backlog, and contributing to Program Increment planning to support end-to-end Sales and Delivery processes. Working closely with Product Management, Architects, and business stakeholders, you will ensure high-quality delivery by translating priorities into clear backlog items and maintaining a strong focus on customer value and efficient execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

* Own, prioritize, and manage the Teams' Backlog in alignment with Product Management and Business Owners 
* Define and refine user stories, enablers, and acceptance criteria, ensuring readiness and quality standards (DoR/DoD) 
* Drive and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives 
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to align delivery with product vision, roadmap, and features 
* Act as the primary functional point of contact for Sales, Customer Service, and Delivery Operations capabilities 
* Support system demos and inspect-and-adapt events by providing product insights and driving continuous improvement 
* Ensure balanced delivery of functional, technical, and architectural enablers while maintaining governance and quality compliance 

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Consultant in Sales or Sales Operations environments 
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service (or comparable CRM platforms) 
* ERP Microsoft Dynamics (Navision, Business Central) know-how is a plus  
* Preferably Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field 
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable outcomes and drive end-to-end process design across CRM and sales domains 
* Solid expertise in sales operations, case management, quote-to-order, and delivery processes in complex global environments 
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience in international, cross-functional collaboration
