Role Summary
As a Senior Product Manager on the Construction Technology team, you will own the delivery and continuous improvement of a subset of our construction applications portfolio. You will lead application performance and adoption, ensuring solutions create measurable business value, while partnering with the Digital Product Owner to align with enterprise architecture, standards, and strategy.
You will serve as an operational product owner and voice of the customer, acting as a liaison between external technology vendors and the field to drive adoption, satisfaction, and process improvement. Your ability to lead across multiple solutions while balancing business priorities, resources, and stakeholder expectations will be critical to delivering domain-wide business value. This is a highly cross-functional, senior-level role requiring the ability to balance strategic planning with execution, manage complex stakeholder environments, and lead decision-making across multiple products and vendors.
Responsibilities:
* Translate business vision into actionable strategy for the Operations Technology application portfolio, partnering with operations stakeholders and external partners across the Project Financials and Change Management, Design Delivery and Site Intelligence product families to surface end‑user pain points, identify product white space, and deploy joint Technology-Operations governance to manage application health
* Define the roadmap and implement an aligned strategy for the application portfolio within assigned business domain(s)
* Collaborate closely with the Digital Product Owner to jointly prioritize the product backlog and deliver outcomes aligned with business and operational needs
* Serve as the domain solutions expert, bridging business needs with technology capabilities across the application portfolio
* Strengthen operational engagement by partnering directly with operations leaders and end users through field interviews, workflow mapping, and solution pilotsthe end-to-end product lifecycle, including use cases, success metrics, adoption indicators, SOPs, training, and workflows
* Champion continuous improvement through feedback loops, governance, and scalable deployment practices
* Lead evaluation, piloting, and scaling of new features and identify capability gaps or replacement needs
* Facilitate planning and execution of key construction technology initiatives aligned with company objectives
* Serve as a joint stakeholder for external technology partners across implementation, agreements, and lifecycle management
* Apply a data-driven approach to monitor KPIs related to utilization, adoption, and user sentiment
* Own delivery of regular product updates and partner with technology, change management, deployment, and operations teams to ensure adoption
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related field
* 8+ years of experience in product, program, or portfolio management with demonstrated progression into senior-level ownership
* Experience managing vendor and internally developed product lifecycles within construction technology or a related industry
* Knowledge of AEC business operations; background in design, engineering, or construction preferred
* Strong collaboration skills across Operations, technology, Data, Strategy, and Change Management
* Proven ability to gather and translate user needs through direct stakeholder engagement
* Experience evaluating, piloting, scaling, and implementing enterprise technology solutions, including experience working directly with external vendors and vendor engineering teams
* Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to guide portfolio decisions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences
