This role addresses the complex challenge of scaling direct-to-consumer and omnichannel capabilities within a rapidly evolving retail wireless landscape. You will solve the friction between fragmented digital touchpoints by architecting seamless, end-to-end customer journeys that balance user needs with aggressive business growth. By bridging the gap between product strategy and engineering execution, this position ensures our digital ecosystem remains intuitive, visually compelling, and technologically forward-thinking.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
* Deliver intuitive end-to-end customer journeys that directly elevate our direct-to-consumer and omnichannel market presence
* Align design strategies with overarching business goals and OKRs through close partnership with Product Management and Engineering leadership
* Execute high-fidelity prototypes and user flows that resolve complex design challenges with high degrees of autonomy
* Drive design maturity across the organization by mentoring junior staff and establishing best-in-class UI/UX standards
* Accelerate the product development lifecycle by integrating AI-driven workflows into rapid concept exploration and prototyping
* Foster a culture of innovation by leading design thinking workshops that translate user research into actionable product roadmaps
Qualifications:
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)
* Expert mastery of visual communication, typography, and layout to create accessible, high-impact digital experiences
* Critical experience leading the full design lifecycle for complex features within high-growth e-commerce or agency environments
* Advanced AI literacy through the application of tools like Figma Make and Claude Code to optimize design iteration
* Strategic proficiency in user research methodologies and data interpretation to advocate for the user at a leadership level
* Professional collaboration and storytelling abilities to persuade stakeholders and influence cross-functional product direction
* Deep expertise in design systems and component libraries to ensure scalability and consistency across a multi-platform ecosystem
Additional Qualifications
* Experience specifically within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Commerce
* Previous success navigating fast-paced, high-volume retail or wireless digital projects
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, User Experience, or a related field
* Minimum Experience: 6+ years of experience in product design roles
* Required Technical Skills:
* Figma Design
* Adobe Creative Suite
* High-fidelity prototyping tools
* Agile development methodologies
