Responsibilities: Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. Senior Product Designers at our company tackle the challenge of maintaining design cohesion across rapidly scaling digital platforms while bridging the gap between complex business requirements and intuitive user needs. This role solves for fragmentation by establishing robust design systems and leveraging AI-driven workflows to accelerate the transition from concept to high-fidelity prototype. By synthesizing diverse data points into elegant interface solutions, this person ensures our products remain competitive, accessible, and deeply aligned with our customers' evolving expectations. What Success Looks Like (Objectives) * Scale digital consistency and efficiency by building and maintaining comprehensive design systems and component libraries across all web and mobile platforms * Drive product-led growth by aligning design strategies with business OKRs and translating high-level objectives into actionable, high-impact design plans * Accelerate the product development lifecycle through the creation of interactive prototypes that facilitate rapid user testing and stakeholder feedback loops * Maximize user satisfaction and engagement by synthesizing insights from Marketing, Voice of the Customer, and UX Research into intuitive interface architectures * Increase team output and innovation by integrating AI platforms into the design process for concepting, rapid iteration, and testing data synthesis * Elevate the overall design standard by providing mentorship to junior designers and leading cross-functional teams from discovery through successful launch Qualifications: Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring) * Advanced mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to architect complex user interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes * Critical experience leading multi-disciplinary design projects and navigating stakeholder alignment within fast-paced, agile environments * AI application skills used to enhance the design workflow, specifically in the areas of prompt engineering for concepting and automated data synthesis * Strong analytical abilities to interpret usability testing data and transform feedback into validated, iterative design improvements * Expertise in design thinking methodologies to identify user pain points, define core problems, and generate innovative, scalable solutions * In-depth knowledge of visual design principles, typography, and color theory to ensure brand integrity and accessibility across all digital touchpoints Additional Qualifications * Foundational understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams on technical feasibility * Commitment to continuous learning and active engagement with the broader design community to stay ahead of emerging industry trends Minimum Requirements * Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, User Experience, or a related field * Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in product design * Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with: * Figma (Design and Prototyping) * Adobe Creative Suite * Design System Management and Documentation Visa sponsorship not available for this role
