Overview: Our Technology teams challenge the status quo and reimagine capabilities across industries. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Develop complex, multi-tier product and service catalog entities following DISH standards and best practices. * Create and present design documents for catalog configuration, including look and feel and configuration standards. * Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement new products, processes, and changes efficiently. * Provide end-user support, analyze and test catalog integrations, and assist with upgrades and enhancements. * Debug data configuration issues and supply business-requested catalog data insights. Qualifications: Education and Experience: * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent * 4+ years of implementation experience in Product and Service catalog configuration Skills and Qualifications: * Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Working knowledge of protocols such as JSON/XML/XSLT/REST Preferred Skills: * Prior telecommunications knowledge * Prior experience with the Hansen Catalog * Basic AWS exposure #LI-JZ2
