Responsibilities:

Location: Warsaw, Poland | Contract type: Full-time | Reporting to: CEE P&C Operations Lead | Language requirements: Fluent/professional Polish & English, written and verbal

As our P&C Operations Specialist, you will be the go-to person for HR operations in Poland, supporting payroll and data accuracy across the wider CEE region. You will handle key HR admin tasks - from onboarding and offboarding to maintaining employee records, managing absences, and ensuring our HR systems (Workday) stay tidy and up to date. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across borders, so communication, structure, and teamwork will be your daily superpowers.

This is initially a 12-month contract with view to making it permanent after the period.

Key responsibilities

* Coordinate all employment life processes for Poland, ensuring accuracy and local compliance
* Manage HR administration: onboarding, offboarding, absence tracking, documentation, and HRIS (Workday) updates
* Support contractor's administrative processes, such as accesses, contract preparation, and workday HR system data
* Manage multiple and ad hoc requests on time with accuracy (we work with Service Now ticketing tool)
* Maintain employee data with precision and care
* Support HR lifecycle processes and partner with Finance, auditors, and local authorities
* Identify opportunities to streamline operations and contribute to continuous improvement projects
* Contribute to key HR initiatives and projects

Qualifications:

* Solid practical experience in HR administration, ideally in a digital environment
* Strong knowledge of Polish labor law
* High integrity and discretion with sensitive data
* Administrative and process orientation, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Ability to set priorities and manage time in a fast-paced changing environment with a "can do" approach to tasks
* Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent Excel skills
* A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for improving processes
* A team player who can work in a matrix environment
* Ability to work within a remote team as the team members are spread around various countries
