The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting design/development. The place of performance for this position is in Washington, DC. Responsibilities: * Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. * Build and deliver software products within a product line. * Develop software products that satisfy requirements and quality reviews. * Identify and resolve software issues. * Plan and execute the delivery process. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree. * Minimum 7 years of experience with case management system development. * Pega System Architect Certification. * Pega 8 experience. * Previous consulting or client service delivery experience. * Specialization in functional areas (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise. * Experience with Pega Architecture. * Experience with Pega Software Application Development. * Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. * Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. * Desire to work in an information systems environment. * Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. * Able to work independently with little to no oversight.
