Responsibilities:
As a Senior Payroll Analyst you will lead the payroll process within Ceridian Dayforce & third-party global payroll vendors with a focus on customer service and accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. You will lead the ongoing payroll process with focus on continuous improvement, areas for streamline, automation and enhancement and will be responsible for payroll audit to assure payroll, tax, regulatory and financial compliance. You will provide analysis of payroll process through defined metrics. You will need a high level of prioritization, organization, and due diligence to successfully manage the workload related to payroll and payroll tax.
What You'll Do:
* Process and submit multiple country payrolls, run and review reports to ensure accuracy, prepare ad hoc reports as requested using the payroll system.
* Ensure compliant payroll for taxable income, withholding and required deductions and review employee work and residential locations to identify and set up new tax jurisdictions.
* Work with Accounting as needed to resolve any general ledger issues and perform audits to ensure accuracy.
* Drive product cost reduction opportunities and ensure focus and owned accountability for continuous improvement with all global payroll platforms and processes
* Ensure issues and concerns are dealt with through proactive communication and ensure inquiries are responded to quickly and completed in full
Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelors Degree or commensurate experience
* 10 plus years relevant experience
* Strong understanding of local, state, federal and international payroll tax laws
* Experience resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
Preferred:
* Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG industry
* Proficiency in using payroll software or systems for end-to-end global payroll processing like ADP Globalview, ADP Celergo, Ceridian Excelity and Kronos Time & Attendance - Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred.
* Experience with complex multi-state and union payroll

The annual salary range for this role is $93,000 - $140,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
