Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

Performs timely referral and intake coordination; including timely acceptance, patient registration, compiling and customer service.

This position is located at 3400 Data Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA  95670

Qualifications:

Requirements:

* Two (2) years experience processing patient referrals containing demographic and clinical information
* Medical terminology and Excellent Customer Service experience.
* Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
* Ability to work independently as needed with a high degree of detail orientation.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Preferred:

* Experience in a home health or hospice setting preferred
