Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Shop Operations (Ontario), this position is responsible for providing leadership to administrative functions including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Claims Resolution, and Shop Support tasks. The ideal is someone who demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment to customer service and business results. This role has 3 direct reports.
* Lead the operations functions of AP and credit processing, ensuring completion in a timely manner.
* Work with vendors to follow up on any outstanding credits or invoices.
* Review rejected warranty claims and correct errors to allow for submission.
* Maintain payroll on a weekly basis and produce ad hoc time and attendance reports as requested.
* Contribute to the management of parts returns by following up with contractors for overdue shipments.
* Manage the process of communicating with contractors regarding debits and follow through on processing them using Oracle.
* Assist in the purchasing function as it relates to supplies and team uniforms.
* Ensure the daily management of pre-delivery installs by ceating work orders / events and invoices.
* Provide ongoing training and support to direct reports and cross-functional stakeholders.
* Adhere to all health and safety, security, building and departmental procedures.

Qualifications:
* College diploma or equivalent experience directly related to Accounts Payable and Payroll
* Ability to engage and motivate direct reports and build strong teams
* Extremely high level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong ability to self-motivate, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
