Responsibilities: Mechanical and system development from concept to production. Perform design and necessary analysis, develop and execute validation test plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (eg, development, product management, inside and outside manufacturing). Qualifications: * BS degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering with 6+ years relevant experience required * Proven track record in product development from concept to production * Strong design skills, analytical problem solving and attention to detail * Experience designing complex electro-mechanical systems & thermal management solutions including liquid cooling * Knowledge of sheet metal, machined parts, plastic and extrusion fabrication methods * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SolidWorks; familiar with ANSI drafting standards * Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment * Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work in small teams required * Competent with hand and bench tools * Experience with SolidWorks Flow Simulation a plus * Knowledge of networking/data center equipment a plus * Knowledge of HALT testing a plus The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
