Responsibilities:
This position will lead testing and website optimization efforts on Sling.com and Dish.com. This leadership role will steer a cross-functional team to improve onsite engagement, conversion and drive sales throughout the lifecycle. You will be a key member of the Video Services Marketing digital media team and will be responsible for managing test plans and including personalization/segmentation. To achieve your goals, you will lead and manage key initiatives to rapidly iterate and optimize the onsite funnel and marketing tactics and provide valuable insights to help prioritize site capability improvements.
In this role, you will work directly with various departments to develop testing strategies and prioritize work to optimize the onsite experience via test and learn. These teams include but are not limited to product, marketing strategy and media partners, marketing analytics, and our internal creative agency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive innovative website and ecommerce testing projects that support new customer acquisition and sales growth
* Develop a testing roadmap and lead creation and manage execution of test plans to improve site KPIs
* Create, monitor and share reporting to identify opportunities to improve the performance of site experiences and marketing campaigns to create frictionless customer journeys
* Partner across internal teams and vendor partners to create testing best practices and processes to ensure partners are educated and informed of activities
* Utilize site performance data to strategically assess and provide feedback on acquisition, customer journey and corporate wide initiatives
* Effectively manage collaborative work with cross functional partners including marketing, operations, product and IT
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* A bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field preferred
* Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in analytics, testing or eCommerce
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience with Adobe (Adobe Target, AEM, Analytics, etc) or similar reporting and testing platforms
* Experience collaborating with and managing testing / optimization projects across cross-functional teams
* Understanding of reporting, testing and site UX best practices
* Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and experience with analytics programs such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Quantum Metrics
* Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively prioritize work
* Able to synthesize, prioritize, and drive results
* Strong communication skills translating data to insights and recommendations
