Responsibilities:
We're seeking a highly motivated strategic thinker who can proactively develop and execute winback strategies, driving customer growth. The Winback Senior Marketing Lead will be an integral part of the Sling Marketing team, focusing on developing and executing strategic and automated communications across multiple media channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills, working cross-functionally with product, data warehouse, and analytics teams. In this role, you will also manage third-party vendor relationships and budgets for prospecting email campaigns and SMS capture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategy for automated and strategic communications across media channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS
* Collaborate with product, data warehouse, and analytics teams to prioritize and execute new capabilities aimed at increasing restart conversions
* Manage relationships with third-party vendors and oversee budgets for prospecting email campaigns and SMS capture
* Utilize Adobe, Tableau, and RedPoint tools to drive data-driven performance marketing strategies
* Conduct A/B testing and incremental measurement to optimize communication effectiveness
* Apply expertise in owned media and FAST experience to enhance campaign performance
* Create and present data-driven performance reports to upper management
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
* 4-6 years of experience in a relevant marketing role
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing communications, including email and SMS campaigns
* Proficiency in Adobe, Tableau, and RedPoint
* Demonstrated ability to implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive incremental growth
* Experience with A/B testing and working with owned media
* Strong skills in upward management and data storytelling
* Excellent organizational and planning skills with a strong work ethic and motivation
* Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and player-coach
