Overview: Focusing primarily on thought leadership, brand awareness and lead generation, you will work with the Ireland & Global Marketing Manager on full campaigns and be responsible for delivery in Ireland. Deliverables will cover all aspects of multi-channel marketing including content creation, events, digital, social media, PR, sales enablement and analytics and measurement. This role is a rare and unique opportunity in a global team of high-performing marketing lovers. Responsibilities: * Help to create and implement Expleo Ireland's marketing strategy * Activate global marketing campaigns locally and cohesively * Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to support the creation and delivery of effective marketing campaigns * Work closely with the global marketing manager and local sales teams to understand their requirements and targets * Event selection, co-ordination and management * Support the marketing campaign execution plan for all business units aligned to corporate goals and targets including; content management, digital campaign management, SEO optimisation, social media and advertising * Manage PR agency in line with marketing strategy * Assist in evolving a quality portfolio of marketing collateral and content that can be disseminated across all physical and digital channels to support organic growth and generate thought leadership and brand awareness * Develop and execute lead generation campaigns * Track and optimise campaigns, report progress to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis * Manage and guide external suppliers and agencies * Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging * Manage the marketing budget and team members * Use martech to deliver your strategy, such as salesforce/pardot/canva etc Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Marketing (Essential)
