Overview:
Senior Manufacturing Engineer shall assist the Operations department in providing technical support to contract manufacturers and suppliers handling mass spectrometry products and liquid chromatography products. The role covers product transfer, production capacity and technical support with contract manufacturing partners.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support in process and product activities.
* Define and perform production processes and equipment development for various manufacturing systems
* Apply engineering knowledge to understand and improve manufacturing processes and reliability.
* Coordinate engineering changes impact with Contract Manufacturers
* Assess engineering change impact and drive resolutions.
* Drive year on year product improvements with proven cost, leadtime and quality benefits.
* Manage asset renewal with Contract Manufacturers partners

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree and above.
* 7 years+ relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing or outsourced manufacturing environment.
* Experience in High mix, low volume manufacturing environment is considered a plus
* Familiar with FDA, ISO 13485 requirements and practices
