				Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Manager of eCommerce with a strong background in web technologies, and digital analytics to lead our digital presence in the hospitality industry. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation, including a full redesign of our current site, optimizing website performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading website redesign projects and improving conversion rates as well as experience working in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and API integrations. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and data teams to implement best-in-class digital strategies that align with business goals

Responsibilities:

* Lead website redesign and ongoing initiatives, ensuring seamless user experience (UX) and improved site performance.
* Partner and collaborate with teams on developing and executing an on property digital expereince
* Work with UX/UI designers and developers to optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility of all digital assets.
* Collaborate with development teams/agencies to integrate third-party APIs that enhance website functionality and data flow.
* Manage internal team and 3rd party agencies focused on daily website operations and content creation
* Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance booking and sales performance.
* Develop and execute a plan using CDP data to personalize the customer's online expereince
* Lead the ongoing evolution and optimization of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ensuring accurate tracking of key performance metrics.
* Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) to deploy, test, and troubleshoot tracking tags for marketing and analytics purposes.
* Work with internal and external partners to prepare dashboards and reports to provide insights on website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
* Ensure smooth data collection and transmission between eCommerce platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools.
* Partner with marketing, revenue, and IT teams to align eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives.
* Implement and execute SEO recommendations from agency partners.
* Work closely with external vendors and agencies to drive eCommerce innovation and growth.
* Support properties and cross functional teams with their digital needs.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integrations in an eCommerce environment.
* Experience leading website redesign projects, from planning to execution.
* Familiarity with SEO, UX/UI best practices, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
* Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
* Expereince with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and event tracking implementation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
