Overview: Our Technology teams challenge the status quo and reimagine capabilities across industries. Whether through research and development, technology innovation or solution engineering, our team members play a vital role in connecting consumers with the products and platforms of tomorrow. Responsibilities: Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session. Key Responsibilities: * Build and manage multiple high-performing software development teams, delivering enterprise-grade solutions and overseeing end-to-end development * Drive complex technical projects from planning through execution while promoting automation and DevOps adoption * Establish development standards, processes, and best practices to ensure software quality and scalability * Lead technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate technologies for future adoption * Hire, mentor, and manage developers while addressing performance and people-related issues * Provide technical guidance for estimating efforts, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with onshore/offshore teams for successful delivery Qualifications: Education and Experience: * Engineering degree with 14 plus years of total experience with 6+ years of experience in managing application development teams * Experience in designing and developing REST based services / Microservices and Integrations * Exposure to AWS/GCP or any other cloud platform, APIGEE Edge, CI/CD * This role requires a good understanding of the SDLC, new ways of developing software including Agile and Devops * Exposure to Telecom OSS will be an added advantage * Experience in front end technology will be plus Skills and Qualifications: * Proven track record of designing and developing large scale, high quality full stack software systems using Java, Spring Boot, API using DevOps methodology * Familiar with deployment in Docker containers orchestrated by Kubernetes * Candidates should have strong communication skills (written and verbal) Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview.
