Responsibilities:
The Zebra Service Organization is a critical differentiator in the marketplace. We provide a variety of warranty and insurance for hardware products in both AIT & EVM segments.
* The Repair Operations team is responsible for the administration of these insurance products by providing timely and high-quality repair solutions to our customers.
* In Asia - we operate in over a dozen countries and process several hundred thousand repairs annually. - The Repair Ops Sr Manager role will be responsible for the satisfactory execution of all APAC depot repairs and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* On a tactical level - the individual will work with 3rd party depots, manage Zebra owned depots, and work with many internal cross functions such as Quality, Finance, Customer Care, Trade Compliance, and Engineering to meet our financial & operational goals.
* On a strategic level - as we gain more traction with Sales teams, we are constantly evaluating our supply chain network & costs in any given country.
* The individual we hire would be a leader in helping APAC Repair Ops build the most effective supply chain for the future needs of our customers.
* Accordingly, the right candidate will have a broad functional knowledge of the supply chain, demonstrated experience serving customers in a high-pressure environment, be diligent in Lean Six Sigma methodology, and someone who can achieve outcomes either by directly managing teams or via influence of cross functional resources.
Qualifications:
Preferred Work Experience:
* Managing Repair Operations / Reverse Logistics / 3rd Party Operations Management
* Responsibility for managing customer facing metrics, working in high pressure/ fast moving / high volume supply chain
* Work history across broad supply chain functions (planning, operations, procurement, logistics, quality)
* P&L management - can relate operational performance to financial metrics, demonstrate ability to improve both
Skills:
* Operational Excellence - knowledge of Continuous Improvement/ Lean Six-Sigma Methodology, achieved Green or Black Belt
* People Leader - managing Front Line Employees, interacting with Sales teams and other Supply Chain cross functions.
* Strategic & Highly Analytical - proficient in business case development, supply chain strategy development / implementation, analytics across various supply chain metrics.
* Self-Starter / Problem Solver / Change Agent - ability to operate with minimal oversight, take ownership of any problem until resolved, understands how to navigate organization to implement solutions.
