Responsibilities:

* The Central and East Europe Senior Manager Field Marketing will lead a regional team covering Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Turkey, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

The Marketing Leader will accelerate revenue growth at SoftwareOne and raise our local market brand awareness. The main focus of this position is to build and implement coordinated campaigns across multiple marketing channels in order to drive sales growth and meet revenue goals. This role will serve as a critical connection point between the global/corporate marketing function and local sellers as you orchestrate and implement scalable marketing programs.

This is a hybrid role commutable to any major office in the Federation. Reports functionally to the Chief Marketing Officer and has Federation Leader as business stakeholder.

Tasks and Responsibilities

* Establish field marketing goals and strategies for regional growth while driving alignment in conjunction with local sales and services leaders
* Actively assist in the planning and development of scalable marketing programs, coordinating local go-to-market strategies, solution sets, and sales motions, to promote market growth.
* Uncover significant opportunities to improve brand recognition and support for SoftwareOne by implementing a well-rounded blend of global-led initiatives and targeted/localized campaign strategies.
* Understand customer market segments, supervise competitive activity and design lead generation campaigns for cross/up-sell at existing customers/account base and net new logo acquisition
* Drive SDR/inside sales activities and collaborate closely with business development execs and account managers to ensure relevance of demand gen programs and pipeline discipline
* Work with key alliance partners on joint go-to-market motions and sales pipelines that enhance market development funds and generate mutual new business opportunities
* Serve as the go-to authority for all local market activities and support a communications loop between marketing leaders and regional business in a matrixed environment
* Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Content, Creative Services, Digital, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure optimal orchestration, localization and effectiveness of marketing programs
* Mentor a team of country marketers to improve their professional development and enhance their performance and sense of community #LI-IW1

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience in field marketing and national- and market-level brand building within B2B technology or professional services industry
* Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud and/or software solutions, and key hyperscalers partners is a requirement
* Enterprise-level thinking to build strategic direction and influence across a matrix environment
* Ability to work closely with a distributed team and across distinct national markets, languages and cultures
* Working knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation and sales enablement technology
* Confirmed history of listening and collaborating with field sales representatives and clients, and bringing their voices back into the organization
* Confirmed expertise in synthesizing content and preparing effective presentations
* Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and building consensus
* Growth minded and collaborative with a positive attitude
* Player-coach, willing to roll up your sleeves and implement
* Availability for occasional international travel (estimated 10-15%)
