Responsibilities:

The Business Administration team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to oversee our Product Support and Product Optimization areas. This is a key area which aligns with and supports the numerous areas within the Business Administration department. This would include applications supporting both financial and administrative lines of business including LRD, EAG, CMS, Bonus, PeopleSoft, Coupa, and more.

This position will focus on our existing Prod Lane efforts and creation of a new strategic plan for adoption of DevOps across the department including a future integration with test automation. Focus for this transformation and strategy will cover both On-Prem and Cloud solutions including a blue/green deployment strategy. As a Senior Manager, your key responsibilities will include leading highly productive teams and managers, supporting large software platforms, and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with key business leaders at Enterprise Mobility. Your strong leadership skills will be critical to ensuring our solutions are stable and our teams are operating efficiently. This role requires clear communication and effective collaboration with other IT leaders, vendors, business leaders and key stakeholders to position the team and solutions to align with business objectives. Other responsibilities include managing and mentoring leaders as they support their teams for employee development, rewarding, disciplining, and conducting performance and salary reviews.

Qualifications:

Required:

* Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
* Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area
* Must reside in the United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii) 
* Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
* Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
* 8+ or more years of related experience.
* 4+ years of proven success managing high-performance development teams within a large enterprise IT organization
* 1+ years of experience successfully leading, coaching, and developing people leaders/managers
* Excellent analytical skills as proven through past success creating, implementing, and executing transformational strategy
* Experience managing in DevOps and Production Support environments
* Experience managing projects and situations in a matrixed resource environment
* Proven experience managing complex solutions with multiple dependencies and integrations
* Strong skills and experience mentoring and developing technology professionals and leaders, to ensure the team's success and enable the employees to achieve their career goals
* Experience with conflict management including disciplinary action and/or managing poor performance (thru development plans or other methods)

Preferred:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
* Accounting/Financial software (custom/commercial)
* Knowledge of API and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
* Experience working in a SCRUM/Agile environment
* Maintains and cultivates an active professional network for the purposes of pipelining future hires; stays current in local/regional IT market to understand competition and talent sources.
