This role leads the strategic marketing and growth initiatives for the Boost Mobile brand, focusing on developing comprehensive strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will solve the challenge of maintaining a competitive presence in a dynamic market by translating deep consumer insights into impactful, high-performance campaigns. Success is defined by the ability to optimize local and national brand presence through data-driven decision-making and seamless cross-functional orchestration.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
* Develop and lead strategic brand initiatives that align with long-term business goals and aggressive growth objectives across the partner ecosystem
* Conduct intensive market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic pivots and identify emerging opportunities for brand expansion
* Implement innovative marketing strategies designed to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition while refining tactics based on consumer behavior trends
* Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, directing everything from creative development and planning to deployment and rigorous performance tracking
* Build and maintain influential relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and shared growth targets
* Translate complex marketing metrics and customer feedback into actionable growth strategies that enhance the overall brand experience
* Integrate AI-driven sentiment analysis and predictive market modeling to refine brand positioning and ensure campaign resonance with target demographics

* Demonstrated mastery in managing creative agencies and overseeing the development of high-quality, innovative content that aligns with brand voice
* Proficiency in AI literacy and application to streamline creative brainstorming, automate performance reporting, and map consumer journey trends
Additional Qualifications
* CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience is strongly preferred
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
* Minimum Experience: 8+ years of experience in a brand marketing role with a focus on driving growth
* Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
* Full-funnel brand strategy and campaign management
* Creative agency and vendor management
* Marketing data analytics and consumer insight translation
