Practical Information:  

Location: Poland | Work Arrangement: Remote | Reports to: Senior Manager | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Language requirements: Fluent/professional English, communicative Polish 

 We are looking for a driven Senior M365 Modern Workplace Consultant to join our diverse and ambitious team. In this role, you will implement and configure Microsoft 365 solutions and confidently resolve issues by applying proven, best-practice approaches. As we continue to grow our M365 Modern workplace practice, we are seeking consultants with strong expertise in one or more Microsoft 365 areas like SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune and system migrations to Microsoft. This role offers excellent opportunities for specialization, collaboration, and ongoing technical growth.

Key Responsibilities:  

* Deliver and configure Microsoft 365 solutions in your area of expertise 
* Translate customer needs into secure, practical technical designs 
* Contribute to documentation such as solution designs and technical guides 
* Support or lead technical proof of concepts 
* Participate in customer meetings, workshops and design sessions 
* Contribute to pre-sales activities including scoping and needs analysis 

Qualifications:

* Solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace and confidence working directly with customers.  
* Deep knowledge in at least one of the following areas:  
* Identity and access management (Azure AD, authentication protocols, privileged access)
* Security and compliance (Purview, information protection, governance)
* Threat protection and monitoring (endpoint security, threat management, security operations)  
* Migration Services (Migrating data and services to M365) 
* SharePoint Online (manages, configures, and customizes cloud-based SharePoint environments)
* Endpoint Management (manages the lifecycle, security, and configuration of network-connected devices) 

* Outstanding communication and presentation skills that will help you break down problems and propose effective solutions
* A collaborative mindset, excellent problem solving and structured work approach
