Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Technical lead managing equipment, materials, and asset logistics in DOD environment.
* Receive all Task Order hardware and verify quantities, condition, documentation, and traceability upon arrival
* Control intake, inspection, accountability, and secure storage of government-furnished and contractor-acquired equipment
* Issue hardware to the Core Engineers and Design Team for pre-staging, configuration, burn-in, and validation prior to base fielding
* Maintain chain of custody and asset visibility throughout receiving, staging, testing, shipment, fielding, and disposition
* Manage shipments, warehouse activities, storage practices, and transportation coordination across the Task Order
* Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure all records remain current, complete, and audit-ready
* Track serialized assets, spares, installation materials, and configuration items in the CMDB or designated asset-management system
* Coordinate asset updates with the ECCAM when equipment is installed, replaced, reconfigured, transferred, or retired
* Oversee turn-ins, excess processing, warranty issues, defect resolution, and final disposition actions
* Develop and maintain logistics, inventory, spares, material-handling, and asset-accountability plans
* Identify supply-chain, sourcing, and lead-time risks and provide early warning to the PMO and functional leads
* Coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to project sites.
* Support deployment phasing and operational readiness by ensuring the right material is available at the right place and time

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Five (5) years of relevant experience.
* Expertise in supply chain management and logistics.
* Skilled in inventory control and asset tracking.
* Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
* Proven team leadership and coordination capabilities.
* Must have an active Secret clearance 

CERTIFICATIONS

* Life Cycle Logistician (LCL) certification preferred but not required. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience with DoD logistics and supply chain operations.
* Proficiency in database systems management and administration.
