As a Senior Lead Clinical Data Science Programmer you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Senior Lead Clinical Data Science Programmer to elevate our data quality and monitoring processes. This role is crucial in driving clinical data validation, building scalable data pipelines, and delivering impactful reports and insights to cross-functional clinical teams. You will work across various data modalities and platforms, helping shape the future of data integrity and innovation in clinical development.

Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

* Lead the development and implementation of study-specific data validation reports and monitoring tools, ensuring alignment with clinical protocols and amendments.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders including Safety, Pharmacometrics, Precision Medicine, and Digital Health to translate complex data monitoring needs into actionable business and technical specifications.
* Develop and maintain clear documentation of data sources, validation algorithms, and data assumptions to support transparency and reproducibility.
* Manage data ingestion, transformation, and modeling activities, supporting reporting within the Clinical Data Platform and analytical use cases.
* Define and deliver clinical data quality metrics and dashboards, presenting actionable insights to functional stakeholders across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

You are:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; 7+ years of hands-on experience in clinical data analysis, preferably within BioPharma.
* Strong analytical and data engineering skills with practical experience in SQL, Python, R, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred, including S3 and Data Lake environments).
* Demonstrated experience with clinical data types, including EDC, non-CRF, and biomarker data, and the ability to manage large, complex datasets.
* Deep knowledge of modern data management frameworks, including Big Data technologies, Lakehouse architectures, and Common Data Models.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
