				Overview:

Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Responsibilities:

* Utilize advanced statistical methods to develop predictive algorithms of methodological and clinical data;
* Develop dashboards and web applications to enable Medpace teams' access to, and interpretation of, clinical operations data;
* Translate the results of feasibility research and analysis into compelling data visualizations which illustrate the overall feasibility strategy for proposals and bid defense meetings;
* Perform comprehensive review of data sources to deliver high quality informatics data and analysis to teams;
* Develop and map database architecture of methodological and clinical data systems;
* Support departmental process improvement initiatives; and
* Participate in training and development of more junior team members.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in informatics, computer science/engineering, health information, statistics, or related field required, PhD preferred
* Advanced computer programming skills (preferred language: R);
* Analytical thinker with great attention to detail;
* Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks within tight timelines;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
* Participate in training and development of more junior team members.
