Our Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level application implementation projects. This role ensures seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems, aligning with business goals and operational requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), stakeholder engagement, and enterprise software implementation.

Responsibilities:

You Will...

* Project Planning & Execution
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
* Manage multiple concurrent integration projects across departments
* Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project team members, ensuring timely sharing of updates, alignment on goals, and resolution of issues
* Promote collaboration through regular status meetings, transparent documentation, and proactive stakeholder engagement to maintain momentum and accountability throughout the project lifecycle

* Enterprise Integration Leadership
* Lead integration efforts involving ERP, CRM, middleware, APIs, and cloud platforms
* Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure system compatibility and data integrity
* Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of integrated systems

* Stakeholder Communication
* Serve as a strategic liaison between project team members, leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and deliverables
* Translate technical and operational updates into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences, while advocating for team needs and facilitating timely decision-making across all levels of the organization
* Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and milestones
* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment and transparency

* Risk & Change Management
* Proactively identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner
* Ensure escalation paths are clearly defined and followed, and support resolution efforts by facilitating cross-functional collaboration and maintaining clear documentation of decisions and actions
* Manage change control processes and ensure documentation is up to date
* Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions

Qualifications:

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* 7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise application project management (implementation, decommissions, etc.)
* Proven experience managing large-scale software implementations and integrations
* Strong understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence)
* PMP, or equivalent certification preferred

Preferred Skills

* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), middleware solutions, and API management.
* Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, OneStream, Workday, JD Edwards, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
