Overview: Our Technology teams challenge the status quo and reimagine capabilities across industries. Responsibilities: Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and influence a cross-functional team to deliver business value * Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities * Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and dependencies * Gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements * Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure successful implementation * Track progress, forecast delivery timelines, and optimize processes using metrics Qualifications: Education and Experience: * BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting) * 4+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience Skills and Qualifications: * Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills * Self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving abilities * Experience in Agile processes, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration * Ability to balance current delivery with shifting priorities and future planning. * Proficiency in Rally/CA Agile Central, Confluence, and JIRA * Technical understanding of APIs, SDLC, and programming concepts (Java, JavaScript a plus)
