				Overview:

Title:               Senior Financial Analyst
Reports To:     Finance Director

Under the direction of the Finance Director, the Senior Financial Analyst will manage and drive improvement in financial reporting, planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepares long-range plans, annual plans and quarterly forecasts
* Prepares financial reports comparing actual results against budgets
* Serves as the key analytical role supporting strategy and planning
* Performs weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting
* Prepares financial reports comparing actual results against budgets and prior year results
* Serves as the key analytical role supporting strategy and planning
* Develops KPI's and monitor progress against a reporting dashboard
* Collaborates with Finance team on Ad Hoc projects involving company financial analysis and reporting
* Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
* Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
* 5+ years of business experience with significant forecasting, planning and analysis experience
* CPA or MBA preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build relationships with other parts of the business 
* Strong business acumen and judgment
* Ability to effectively simplify and communicate financial issues with associates and vendors outside of Finance
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products; expertise in MS Excel
* Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
