Responsibilities:

Boost Mobile is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role encompasses budget development, budget-to-actual reporting and reconciliation, business case development, and vendor account reconciliation. With our business experiencing rapid growth and evolving processes, this position offers ample opportunities for impactful contributions. We seek a candidate who excels in building strong relationships and can provide financial oversight to support our expanding business effectively.

Key Responsibilties:

* Prepare annual budget and rolling forecasts for voice, data, message, and regulatory costs, while tracking pending commitments
* Analyze monthly financial performance, support month-end close activities, and maintain operational and financial models
* Deliver financial presentations to executive leadership, conduct project reviews, and provide oversight on multiyear agreements
* Demonstrate critical thinking skills to synthesize ambiguous data and ensure financial accuracy
* Produce clear, well-formatted reports and perform ad-hoc analysis on cost-saving opportunities and corporate initiatives

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or MS Finance preferred, but not required
* 4+ years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in telecom or tech

Skills and Qualifications:

* Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in financial tools like Smartview and Onestream
* Understanding of business financial concepts and GAAP principles
* Intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for presenting complex concepts to senior executives effectively
