Responsibilities: We envisage success in this role to include; * Creating Project Plans in Deltek Vantagepoint with all of the key project stages including the assignment of man hour/resources to each stage, and all cost related items within the project plan. This will be done under the supervision and guidance of the assigned project manager. * Update the Deltek planner regularly with the inputs garnered from the assigned project manager and the discipline leads, particularly on the human hours to complete. * Track and follow-up incomplete inputs from the project manager. * Update the invoice forecasting tracker on Deltek Vantagepoint * Assist managing director and operations manager in reviewing & monitoring annual business plans and providing support to project teams on invoice management, revenue & expense analyses, etc * Supporting Deltek Vantagepoint training to project management team. * Preparation of ad hoc financial reports as requested by directors & project managers * Assisting in the preparation of annual and quarterly budgets and forecasts while monitoring progress against the same on a monthly basis * Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reporting packs * Assisting project teams on invoice management, revenue & expense analyses. * Providing support to project leaders in their review and analyses of project progress reports, labor reports, cost & expense reports generated within Deltek Vantagepoint. * Monitoring Cash Collections (planned v/s actual) * Monitoring invoices against targets Qualifications: To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include Minimum 5+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering or related field.
