The work environment is important, and you will be based in Paris and report directly to the Head of Tax of the group and work with members in charge of tax matters in France and internationally, for the group's entities (around 35 entities). 

Mainly located in Europe and the United States, we are also present in Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

* Support and ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations including review and provide advice related to corporate tax returns for our EMEA entities.
* Support our EMEA entities in complying with indirect tax regulations including VAT/GST, etc.
* Support our EMEA entities semi-annual and annual income tax provision calculations (current and deferred taxes under IFRS).
* Review our transfer pricing methods and calculations on a quarterly basis and provide guidance and support to optimize complex cross-border transactions to redistribute and allocate revenues and costs to our various entities worldwide, based on each functional profile and contribution to global activities.
* Assistance with the documentary obligation of the transfer pricing policy in EMEA, including review of the "master file and "local files" of the group.
* Analyze specific transactions from a tax perspective and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders.
* Participate in tax advice and assistance in the context of EMEA M&A transactions.
* Assist when applicable with tax due diligence, SPAs and structure memos.
* Review of tax positions where necessary.
* Preparation and monitoring of EMEA tax audits and disputes.
* Drafting of technical notes and research as necessary.
* Assist in tax data modeling for optimization.
* Establish effective communication with the various local Finance personnel and coordinate various explanations of tax law and their implications for the group.
* Assist in the preparation of tax audits and manage the delivery of tax-related reports and information to external auditors.
* Stay up to date with developments on tax changes and propose innovative solutions to improve tax operations.
* Manage and work with external tax advisors as needed.

Qualifications:

And you?

* You have completed a university degree in tax law and/or a Grande Ecole de Commerce (equivalent to a Bac +5 minimum).
* You have 4-5 years of experience in a company or a leading firm, during which you have demonstrated strong tax skills including assistance with international groups on their tax matters.
* You have a strong taste for teamwork, good interpersonal skills, and ability to listen while also speaking up and having strong communication skills that allow you to interact easily with a variety of contacts from the tax, legal, finance, and operations teams.
* You have good organizational skills, allowing you to have the agility necessary to deal with a variety of subjects.
* Excellent command of English is essential (in addition to French) since you will be working in an international context and will be in regular contact with local teams.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
* Experience with VAT and indirect tax systems, transfer pricing is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and internationally with various stakeholders.
* Good command of Excel and an appetite for tools.

 L'environnement de travail est essentiel : vous serez basé(e) à Paris et rattaché(e) directement au Head of Tax du groupe. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes en charge des sujets fiscaux en France et à l'international pour les entités du groupe (environ 35 entités).
Responsabilités :
*  Accompagner et garantir la conformité aux réglementations fiscales (impôt sur les sociétés), notamment via la revue et le conseil sur les déclarations fiscales des entités EMEA
* Accompagner les entités EMEA dans leur conformité aux réglementations de fiscalité indirecte (TVA, GST, etc.)
* Participer aux calculs semestriels et annuels des provisions d'impôts (courants et différés selon les normes IFRS)
* Revoir les méthodes et calculs de prix de transfert sur une base trimestrielle et apporter recommandations et support pour optimiser les transactions internationales complexes (allocation des revenus et coûts entre entités selon leur rôle et contribution)
* Participer aux obligations documentaires liées à la politique de prix de transfert en EMEA, incluant la revue des   master file   et   local files   du groupe
* Analyser des opérations spécifiques sous l'angle fiscal et conseiller les parties prenantes
* Participer aux activités de conseil fiscal dans le cadre d'opérations de M&A en EMEA
* Contribuer aux due diligences fiscales, SPA et mémos de structuration
* Revoir les positions fiscales lorsque nécessaire
* Préparer et suivre les contrôles fiscaux et litiges en EMEA
* Rédiger des notes techniques et réaliser des recherches fiscales
* Contribuer à la modélisation des données fiscales dans une optique d'optimisation
* Assurer une communication efficace avec les équipes Finance locales et coordonner la vulgarisation des règles fiscales et de leurs impacts
* Participer à la préparation des audits fiscaux et gérer la transmission des informations aux auditeurs externes
* Assurer une veille fiscale et proposer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer les opérations fiscales
* Piloter et collaborer avec les cabinets de conseil fiscal externes si nécessaire
Qualifications :
*   Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 minimum (Master en droit fiscal et/ou école de commerce)
* 4 à 5 ans d'expérience en entreprise ou en cabinet de premier plan, avec une solide expertise en fiscalité de groupes internationaux
* Esprit d'équipe, excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés (fiscal, juridique, finance, opérations)
* Sens de l'organisation et agilité pour gérer une diversité de sujets
* Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable (en plus du français) dans un contexte international
